SOL Yoga in Leschi is Emily’s studio-home, where she completed her teacher training through Yoga School Collaborative.

Inspired by the intersection of movement and creativity, her classes are always imbued with her love of language, imagery, and dance, highlighting where poetics are at work within the somatic sphere.
